50 Instapot Chicken Entrees

Cook Easy! Healthy! Fast!

Instapots and crock pots are great timesavers!

Serve with a salad, veggie tray or stir fried veggies.

Serve with a bed of rice, pasta, bed of riced cauliflower or whole grain bread.

Each recipe serves 6. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook according to Instapot directions.

Ingredients:
             8 pieces of chicken and sauce

Directions:               1. Place chicken in pot.      2. Cover with sauce.           3. Cook.

1 c Marinara Italian sauce

1 c cocktail sauce

½ c sweet pickle relish and 1 T mustard

½ c steak sauce and ½ c olive oil

1 1 T rosemary and 1 c red wine

1 c Honey Mustard salad dressing

1 c Italian salad dressing

½ c olive oil ½ c soy sauce 1T honey

½ c Greek yogurt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 T yellow curry paste/powder Broccoli

1 c chutney

½ c Nutella and ½ c heavy cream

1 c White Alfredo sauce

1 c Tartar sauce

1 c miso

1 c Teriyaki sauce

1 c Tzatziki

½ c Nutella and ½ c Almond butter

1 c sweet and sour sauce

½ c fish sauce and ½ c coconut vinegar

1 c peanut butter or satay sauce

1 T Siracha ½ c peanut butter 3 T garlic

½ c pesto sauce and ½ c sour cream

½ c almond butter and ½ sour cream

1 T Siracha and ½ c sesame oil

1 c White Alfredo sauce (not DF)

1/c cilantro and ½ c balsamic vinegar

1 c pico de gallo fresh salsa

1 c Green salsa verde

1 T Siracha 4 T lemon juice ½ c water

1 c dill pickle relish 1 T mustard 1 T catsup

1 c Gochujang

¼ Worchestshire sauce ½ c olive oil

1 c Korean kimchi

1T olive oil 1 c Tahini 3 T garlic 1 T lemon

2 T Yellow curry ¼ c dates ¼ c almonds

½ c Hoisin Cantonese sauce ½ c water

1-2 T Red curry paste and 1 can coconut milk

1 T Green curry paste and 1 can coconut milk

1-2 T Yellow curry paste and 1 can coconut milk
