Every dish is Keto friendly as well as Paleo and Adkins. Serve each dish immediately upon cooking or refrigerate and reheat easily the following day. Every recipe serves 6. Salt & pepper to taste. Everything is organic, cage-free eggs and/or grass fed beef!
Directions for Every Quiche Recipe
- All ingredients are organic. Eggs are cage-free organic.
- Meat is grass fed without nitrates and nitrites.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C and grease pie pan with 1 t olive oil.
- Place dry ingredients in pie pan and then pour egg mixture over the top.
- Himalayan sea salt and ground pepper to taste.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400F. Then turn oven down to 375F/175C for an additional 35-45 minutes.
- Quiche is finished when it begins to turn brown and is no longer liquid in the middle when knife passes through.
- Cool in the pie pan for 3 minutes before slicing.

Easy Bacon & Cheese Quiche
Ingredients:
4 oz frozen bacon bits
½ c chopped onion
4 c grated cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c heavy cream
Directions:
- Mix the bacon, onions, and 3 c of cheese and place in pie pan.
- Beat the eggs and cream in a separate bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 c of cheese over the top and bake.
2. Fresh Garden Quiche
Ingredients:
1 T virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped fine
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 c kale
2 c spinach
1 c zucchini
½ c red bell peppers
½ c broccoli, small florets
½ c chopped mushrooms
½ c tomato, diced
5-6 eggs
