7 Keto Entrees

Fish Yellow Coconut Curry, Alfredo Shrimp, Chicken Hot Wings,

Chicken Green Curry, Beef Red Coconut Curry, Beef Roast, Cordon Bleu

These can also be used with Paleo and Adkins. Choose 3 sets of 7 recipes for a one-week meal plan! For example, 7 Quiche for Breakfast 7 Salads for Lunch and 7 Entrees for dinner!

Every dish is Keto, Adkins and Paleo friendly.  Option: use crockpot to cook slower all day and marinate. Serve each dish immediately upon cooking. Every recipe serves 6. Salt & pepper to taste. Everything is organic, cage-free eggs and/or grass fed beef!

Fish Yellow Coconut Curry

Ingredients:

3 lbs cod

½ c coconut oil

4 T yellow curry paste (available at most Asian markets Note: yellow is medium spicy)

1 can coconut cream

1 large sliced onion

8 cloves of minced garlic

1 T turmeric

1 c sliced celery

1-2 c green beans

1-2 c eggplant cubed

4 c riced cauliflower (Option: wild rice if not needing Keto Paleo or Adkins)

Directions:

In pot place fish, coconut cream, onion, garlic, curry paste and turmeric

Heat and then simmer for 1 hour.

Sauté celery lightly and add to curry

Steam green beans and eggplant lightly, not mushy and add to curry.

Steam riced cauliflower, also lightly not mushy.

Serve riced cauliflower on plate as bed of rice.

Ladle curry over the top.

Alfredo Shrimp

Ingredients:

4 lbs deveined shrimp

½ c grass fed butter

½ c organic sour cream

1 box organic cream cheese

1 large organic onion

8 cloves of organic garlic

2 c organic broccoli

4 c spaghetti squash (Option: Swap fettuccini if do not want Keto, Paleo or Adkins)

Directions:

Placed shrimp, sour cream, butter, sliced onion, minced garlic and cream cheese in Instapot.

Cook according to directions.

Steam broccoli lightly and add to Shrimp alfredo sauce.

Steam spaghetti squash lightly (not mushy)

Place spaghetti squash, like pasta, on plate.

Pour shrimp – broccoli alfredo sauce over the top of the spaghetti squash.

Chicken Hot Wings

Ingredients:

6 lbs of chicken wings

1 c Hot Wing sauce

½ c Virgin olive oil

1 c of ground pork rinds

1 egg

Options: A) Serve with celery sticks, cucumber sticks and blue cheese salad dressing

  1. B) Serve with Caesar salad: Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and Caesar salad dressing

Directions:

Roll chicken in beaten egg.

Roll chicken in ground pork rinds.

Sauté chicken in olive oil

Pour hot wing sauce over the top

Serve chicken on platter with salad or dipped veggies.

Beef Red Coconut Curry

Ingredients:

4 lbs cubed beef (Option: use ground beef or chicken cubes)

4 T coconut oil

1 large onion

8 cloves of organic garlic

1 can of coconut cream

2-4 T red curry paste (available at most Asian markets (Note: red is the mildest curry paste)

1 T turmeric powder

6 drops CBD oil (Note: I use the water-based CBD oil because the absorption rate is 6 to 10 times greater than all other CBD oils. Therefore, instead of using 4 tablespoons, only 4 drops are needed!)

1 lb raw organic zucchini

Directions:

Sauté beef cubes in coconut oil until soft.

Add sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
